New ReviewerCompany fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Moved entire account to my account at Vanguard.
Schwab did call and I unloaded on them about the Manager. Lots of apologies but too little too late..
Went to make a $400,000 purchase and the Manager basically told me to leave and do it on line. Very abrupt and very rude.
User's recommendation: Their Customer Service, at at La Quinta, needs some work.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Do not trust or invest with Schwab. Deceptive with shady practices.
Needs to fully disclose the dollars you can expect from investments at stated interest rates, not just the percentage you receive.
On a $10,000 investment at 0.2%, you would receive only $2. They might want you to think you are receiving 2% when it is a much lower amount at not just 0.2% which is 10 times lower, but .02% which is 100 times lower.
Do not trust Schwab. Company is out for itself and will deceive customers.
They will try to get as money from you as possible and deceive you to do it. Invest with a professional and honest company.
