Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Moved entire account to my account at Vanguard.
Schwab did call and I unloaded on them about the Manager. Lots of apologies but too little too late..

Went to make a $400,000 purchase and the Manager basically told me to leave and do it on line. Very abrupt and very rude.
User's recommendation: Their Customer Service, at at La Quinta, needs some work.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
