They will not listen to proper legal procedures for beneficiary of an account

I am 100% beneficiary on the account and they want other peoples addresses and telephone numbers that are not beneficiaries. 100 Percent beneficiary is exactly what it means. It is a beneficiary to an account. Not a beneficiary to a will. 100% beneficiary should be paid with the copy of the death certificate of the account holder.

User's recommendation: They need to know that 100% beneficiary on a deceased persons account is 100%.

Get balances in my account and to speak english

I live in Mexico. For 30 months now. Whenever I dial ANY number provided by Schwab the dialog is in Spanish. Schwab knows A) Where I live and B) I have a US account. . But I can find no US number on the web. This is simple lack of concern for customer service. And im tired of searchng for US numbers that speak english from the start.I dont care about long distance charges so dont try using that as a fig leaf for lousy customer service. Im shopping for an altrnative.
